PHOTO WORK

Photo Work extends Christina Lissmann’s artistic inquiry into observation, surface, depth, and transformation. Her photographic works often emerge from close attention to sea surfaces, reflection, transparency, and the unstable thresholds between visibility, shallows, and depth. Rather than functioning as records of the visible, these images investigate states of fluidity, luminosity, and suspended presence. Photography becomes a way of tracing how material reality begins to shift into image, atmosphere, and thought.
